Job Description

Do you have a passion for flavors, aromas, and leading a team to create unforgettable customer experiences? If you're a foodie (or a tea-ie) at heart, love helping others, and have experience in retail or restaurants, we want YOU to be our Assistant Manager!

Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of spices, teas, and gourmet blends from around the world. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping the owner and manager to guide our team, delight our guests, and ensure smooth store operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example, providing exceptional guest service and fostering a warm, inviting store atmosphere.
Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to confidently share product knowledge and inspire guests.
Blend, package, and label products accurately and efficiently, including custom spice blends and teas
Operate and promote our to-go tea bar and train other staff to do the same.
Merchandise our products, creating a beautifully presented and organized store.
Oversee daily store operations on your shifts, including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale functions.
Assist owner and manager with inventory management.
Collaborate with the manager and owner to deliver on sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a retail, restaurant or customer-focused environment. Leadership experience preferred.
A passion for food, flavor, and creating memorable experiences.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
